This website provides information about Montessori School of Yakima’s Growing Together capital campaign and ways to participate. By using it, you agree to use the site lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, forms or other visitors.

Campaign information

Campaign goals, timelines, property discussions, project ranges, designs, phases and other planning information reflect the best information approved for publication when posted. They may change as due diligence, fundraising, design, permitting, financing and governing approvals progress. Website content is informational and does not create a promise that a particular property, design, schedule or project scope will be completed.

Pledge intentions and signed agreements

The ordinary online pledge form records a donor’s good-faith intention and preferred fulfillment schedule. That submission does not by itself create a signed installment agreement. If electronic signing is enabled, the donor is separately presented with a specific pledge agreement and electronic-signature disclosure before verifying their email and signing. That signed agreement, rather than general campaign copy, records the terms accepted by the donor. Neither process charges a payment method or transfers funds.

A typed electronic signature and email verification are not notarization, independent identity certification or a certificate-based digital PDF signature. The website does not determine enforceability, loan-collateral eligibility or lender acceptance. Those matters require the school’s professional advisers and the relevant lender.

Gifts and payment services

Gifts made through the linked PayPal page are processed under PayPal’s terms, privacy practices, and transaction rules. This link does not start an automatic monthly subscription. Contact Sarah to arrange an approved giving schedule. MSY is not responsible for the availability or operation of an external payment platform. A gift is complete only when the applicable payment is successfully processed and accepted. The campaign team should confirm any payment intended to fulfill an existing pledge.

Tax and professional guidance

Nothing on this website is tax, legal, financial or investment advice. The deductibility and treatment of a gift depend on individual circumstances and applicable law. Donors should consult their own advisers. Any acknowledgment or receipt provided by MSY will control over general website language regarding a completed gift.

Third-party links

The website may link to PayPal, the main MSY website or other third-party resources. Those links are provided for convenience. MSY does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s campaign name, copy, design, photographs, logos and other content belong to MSY or are used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, modified or used to imply endorsement without appropriate authorization. The official Montessori School of Yakima logo must remain intact and may not be reused without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit false or misleading information, misuse donor or school information, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use campaign materials for unlawful, deceptive or commercial purposes.

Availability and responsibility

MSY works to keep the website accurate, accessible and available, but the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MSY is not responsible for losses arising from service interruptions, reliance on preliminary planning information, unauthorized third-party activity or use of linked external services.

Privacy, changes and questions
