MSY completed the purchase of the Johnson’s Orchards parcel on October 23, 2026. Parcel 181321-41530 is at 4906 Summitview Avenue in Yakima; the county lists approximately 4.64 acres. The purchased parcel is not a final campus layout. Design, permitting, and construction plans are still being developed.

Growing Together has one fundraising goal: $16 million in gifts and commitments to help secure a lasting home for MSY. The goal is not a report of funds already raised; the progress meter shows the school’s published fundraising total separately.
